Free trial

Every newly registered business receives 30 days free. Registration does not create a subscription charge during the trial.

Monthly subscription

After the trial, continued inventory updates cost ₹999 per month through Razorpay. If payment is missed, a seven-day notice period applies before inventory-changing actions are restricted.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel future renewal through account settings or support. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period unless law or the final checkout terms require otherwise.

Refunds

Final refund eligibility, partial-period treatment, duplicate or incorrect charge handling, taxes, payment-provider timelines, and statutory consumer rights will be presented before live payment activation. Nothing in the final policy limits non-waivable rights.

Data after cancellation or non-payment

Inventory records remain stored and viewable after the notice period. Cancellation of renewal and deletion of account data are separate actions. See Account and Data Information for export, retention, and deletion handling.
