Is Stoqenta a billing or POS system?
Not in the MVP. Stoqenta records stock-out or sale movements for inventory intelligence. Full invoicing, checkout, tax billing, and retail payment processing are excluded.
Can owners register themselves?
Yes. Registration creates the owner account, organization, main store, category, membership, and trial metadata automatically.
Can I use a phone or tablet?
The mobile foundation supports registration, login, secure sessions, and durable local movement architecture. Rush Mode and scanner screens are being delivered in stages.
Does scanning a barcode reduce stock?
No. A scan identifies a product. Stock changes only after a movement is confirmed or safely recorded by an approved Rush Mode workflow.
What happens without internet?
The Rush Mode architecture stores supported movements locally and synchronizes movement records later. The server remains the global source of truth.
Does Stoqenta guarantee regulatory compliance?
No. Regulatory capabilities are configurable, but businesses must obtain advice and meet the laws that apply to their industry and location.
