Terms and Conditions

These draft terms describe the expected rules for using Stoqenta.

Last updated: 24 August 2026. Pre-launch draft: legal entity identity, governing law, courts/arbitration, pricing, taxes, service levels, liability caps, and notice addresses require counsel approval before production.

1. Eligibility and authority

The person registering represents that they can bind the named business and will provide accurate account information.

2. Service scope

Stoqenta provides inventory and stock-intelligence tools. The current MVP is not a full POS, tax-invoice, checkout, accounting, medical-advice, or regulatory-compliance service. Recommendations require business review and do not automatically place orders.

3. Account responsibility

Customers control authorized users, roles, devices, passwords, local pending movements, and the legality/accuracy of submitted business data. Credentials must not be shared insecurely. Suspected compromise must be reported promptly.

4. Acceptable use

Users must not access another tenant, bypass security, disrupt the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

5. Inventory accuracy

Stoqenta records submitted movements and calculates balances, but physical counts, receiving errors, offline conflicts, device use, and user input can create discrepancies. Businesses must review warnings, perform counts, and resolve discrepancies. The service does not guarantee that recorded inventory equals physical inventory.

6. Trials, subscriptions, and changes

The planned trial is 30 days. Paid pricing and renewal terms will be shown before payment is enabled. Features may evolve, but material reductions to paid commitments require notice consistent with the final agreement.

7. Customer data and licence

Customers retain rights in their business data and grant Stoqenta the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and transmit it to provide the service.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted for security threats, unlawful use, material breach, or non-payment after paid plans launch. Account export/deletion follows the Account and Data Information page and applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to the warranties and remedies in the final production agreement. Forecasts and recommendations are decision support, not guarantees. Final exclusions and liability limits require jurisdiction-specific legal review.
